- I have twins that will be 8 yrs old next month. I have a boy and a girl and their names are Will and Caroline. They are awesome and I am truly blessed. attached is a picture of then from 2 yrs ago,I just like this picture!! Anyway, I have a photography business and I have a studio in my house with mulitiple backdrops.I shoot 85% outside, I love the natural settings. Ok. Now Im on a roll. I have the blog up and all I need is more pictures. If you can dig through your old shoe boxes, photo albums etc., please do so and scan your old skating pictures and send them to me via email. Taffyphoto@yahoo.com. Our committee is working hard to contact everyone that went skating back when and please feel free to add a name to the post to see if someone knows where that person is.We will also have some Public Services Announcements that will run on WLTZ and also the local radio stations. Dont forget to post your comments on the blog and remember everyone "BE KIND". You know how some blogs can get. The Skate Center reunion date will probably be the friday after Thanksgiving, November 28th at 8pm at The Skate Center. We had planned to have it that Saturday but we could only get the 10:30 time and that seems too late so Theresa Dyer is working havong the reunion on that friday. So just mark the 28th as the date for the reunion. Ill post more later. Taffy

Well, Taffy and Tracy Davis (Graves) walked me through how to do this, so......if you need help call the help desk AKA Taffy & Tracy and they can help you post a blog. I am in charge of all the music for the reunion. If you want, I will send you the master list that I have so far. Look over the list and feel free to add any songs you would like to hear at the reunion. OK? I will burn off some CD's of all the music so we will have them to play. I dont think the Skate Center still has all those 45's in the DJ booth. Tell everyone who skated with us about the web site and the reunion. This is the only way we can get in touch with everyone. Well gang, I have spoken to lots of people in the last couple of days. We have mostly talked about the crazy stuff we did when we skated, but many of them have some great songs they want to add to the list. It looks like I will be in Alabama later this week or the first of next week for a short visit with my Mother. If I do get to come home, I am going over to the Skate Center and take a look at the DJ booth and talk with Ken Dafney (the mananger) about us providing our own DJ or if their Jock is going to be able to spin for the party. I spoke with Mike Funk (Phenix City DJ) he gave me a great song: "Chase Me - Con Funk Shun"......what a great song, I cant believe I forgot that one! Ouch! Keep those requests coming......Willie
Looking forward to "Let's all skate in the regular direction"... to some good old school music... I left Becky Huff Cooper a message about the reunion and I know Tina Spain and Cindi Reese know about it...I sure hope we can get a bunch of us to be there...
